I have used Kustom towing numerous times and they have always been reliable. My most recent tow was quite quick, but the driver almost seemed liked he was being bothered. It won't deter me from using them again, but it was odd after the last times I needed a tow and at least had a conversation about what was going on.

Never had an issue with Dave or any of the drivers at Kustom we do use them for our clients' towing needs. To be fair this is for our personal experience he is fair in pricing to our clients and his drivers are quick to respond to the client.
working with this company for years to tow our semis, always good service, best in area. Towing is a bad and not cheap situation, bad reviews not always right, just because you loosing money it doesnt mean they do bad service.
Got into a accident in mccook the tow guy came very fast, when my insurance told me my car was totaled and I went their yard to get my stuff the guy in the office was chill. Nothing to really complain about.
